Turmeric yellow is refined from the root of the plant Curcuma Longa L,.

APPEARANCE: Orange yellow powder.

PROPERTIES AND FORMULATIONS:

• Soluble in ethanol .
• The anti-heat is good and the anti-light is general.
• Good coloring ability.
• Application to chewing gum, the seasoning can, ice cream, bread, pastry, cake in colors, butter and similar products and so on
• It appears golden-yellow at lower PH 7and salmon pink to red at above PH 7. 

          Content ≧95%.

STORAGE:

Prevent from air, light and heat and store in cool condition. It could be kept one year if sealed.

CONSULTING DOSAGE:

The max of chewing gum is 0.7g/kg. Other products need just the right amount of usage according to the production

PACKAGING:  20-25kg/paper bucket or according to customer’ s requirement.

REMARKS: This product provides to export only. Food factories can use the water-soluble turmeric of our company.
